My Sacred Journey
Creativity has been my companion for as long as I can remember.
From an early age, art became a place where I could retreat into imagination, beauty and inner stillness — a sanctuary from a world that often felt unpredictable and overwhelming. Through this form of expression, I discovered a way to reconnect with myself and find moments of peace.
My early life was shaped by experiences of uncertainty, change and challenges that tested my resilience. Yet, through these experiences, I discovered an inner strength that allowed me to continue moving forward. Through grace and a deep sense of spiritual guidance, I was continually led to rise again, seek deeper understanding and continue my path of healing and self-discovery.
In 2006, my artistic journey opened into a deeper exploration when I began creating a Tibetan-inspired mandala. What started as drawing became an unexpected doorway into presence. As I immersed myself in colour, pattern and sacred geometry, I discovered that creativity could quiet the mind, awaken the heart and reveal a deeper connection with myself and the Divine.
This experience marked the beginning of a profound inner exploration. Guided by intuition, I was drawn to explore breathwork, energy healing, meditation, shamanic practices and sacred traditions, always following a deeper calling to understand healing, consciousness and the mysteries of life.
Walking the Camino de Santiago became a powerful experience of renewal, surrender and self-reclamation. Giving myself the space to walk alone for five weeks allowed me to reconnect with Pachamama, my faith and the wisdom within. It was a journey of releasing fears, trusting myself more deeply and discovering a greater sense of freedom and inner strength. Continuing into Portugal, I experienced a profound sense of loving connection with Our Lady at Fatima.
After completing my Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy, my path continued through sacred experiences that deepened my relationship with Spirit. In Peru, I received initiations from an Indigenous shaman, including the sacred chakapa cleansing ritual, and participated in traditional plant medicine ceremonies.
While undertaking training as a Shamanic Breathwork practitioner in Ubud, Bali, I participated in a purification ceremony at Tirta Empul, an experience of renewal and spiritual connection. My path later continued to Lourdes, where I received blessings through the sacred waters, deepening my connection with Divine love and grace. From France, I continued to Egypt with a group of like-minded souls, where I experienced profound moments of connection and activation within ancient sacred sites — offering a deeper re-membering of different aspects of my Divine Self.
Through all of these experiences, I came to understand that the answers I had been searching for were not found solely outside myself, but through returning within — to the sanctuary of my own heart, where I discovered a deeper relationship with the Divine, the integration of my feminine and masculine aspects, and the unconditional love of Jesus.
Today, these experiences inform the way I work with others. Through creativity, embodied awareness, breath and integrative healing practices, I offer a compassionate space where people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom, authenticity and wholeness.
I continue to walk this path myself, because I believe healing is a lifelong journey of remembering who we truly are, guided by love, grace and connection.
